Story goes:
My mom went to Pets Mart to get dog food. She heard this kitten crying and these two teenage girls trying to find out what to do with it. The kitten was only 2-ish weeks old, no bigger than my palm. My mom has had experience raising baby kittens so she said she would take care of her. She brought this kitten home and threw it in my arms. For about 2 days we tried and tried and tried to get her to eat and use the rest room. We finally took her to the vet and they solemnly said that the chances she wouldn’t live were very slim. Well me and my mom are hard headed and we kept trying anyway. That kitten that we got was one of the best things to ever happen to me. She’s the one who made me want to go back to school to be a vet assistant. Her name is Nerfertari Mew (Mow Mow is my nickname for her) and she’s almost 2 years old now. :)
P.S. The girls took her to The Humane Society and since she didn’t have a mother they didn’t have time to feed her from a bottle and said they would put her down if they took her in. If it weren’t for those girls also being stubborn, my mom knowing what to do, and us being stubborn she would have died.
